These Terms of Service govern engagements between Bentfly and its business clients. Polish clients are subject to the Polish version of the Regulamin (Terms of Service), which is the binding legal document. This English version is provided for informational purposes only.
For Polish clients: the Polish Regulamin applies and governs all aspects of the engagement.

1. General Provisions: These terms are provided by Bentfly (Tomasz Pijanowski TORU), registered in Poland. The Polish language version of the Regulamin is the legally binding document for all Polish-based clients.
