TL;DR
AdaptiFit is building Poland's standard for accessibility certification of sports facilities for people with disabilities. In phase one Bentfly delivered the full go-to-market package — brand identity, landing page and a clickable mobile prototype. After incubation we built the MVP web platform: an interactive map of certified facilities, a certification wizard for clubs, an admin panel and an embeddable badge widget. Stack: Next.js, Supabase, PostHog — all on the client's own infrastructure, measured from day one.
Client context
AdaptiFit is a startup whose founding team comes from adaptive sports, law and brand communication. The problem they address is painful for many people: in Poland there is no way to check up front whether a given sports facility actually serves people with disabilities. A club declares online that it is "accessible" — in reality there may be no ramp, no accessible toilet, no parking, and staff who don't know how to work with someone with specific needs.
AdaptiFit's answer: a certification standard for facilities. A club goes through a structured verification process, gets a public profile in the catalogue and an embeddable badge for its own website. The user gets a place they can trust.
Phase 1 — Incubation support
The first phase had a concrete goal: help AdaptiFit go to market, articulate their idea and give them the tools to develop it — branding, landing page and a clickable application prototype.
Branding
Brand strategy, visual system, logo and brand book. Core message: give people with disabilities access to sports infrastructure so they can spend their time actively. That message runs through everything — landing, prototype and later the MVP.
Landing page
Designed and shipped on Next.js, hosted on Vercel, with a contact form segmented by audience (individual user / club / institution).
Clickable mobile prototype in Figma
Requirements analysis, wireframes, screen design and an interactive prototype ready to open in any pitch.
Phase 2 — MVP web platform
The MVP is a live platform in production at adaptifit.pl, built across eight functional modules.
Interactive map of certified facilities
- Custom pins and list view
- Filters: city, discipline, certification level (bronze / silver / gold)
- Accessibility parameters (ramp, toilet, parking, elevator)

Certification wizard for clubs
- 5-step flow: facility data → accessibility survey → photo uploads → consents → summary
- Submission status: submitted → in review → needs info → certified
Admin panel
- Submission list with filters and statuses
- Preview of uploaded files
- Reviewer notes
- Assigning certification level
- Publishing facilities to the catalogue
Embeddable badge / widget
- Three variants: bronze, silver, gold
- Drop-in iframe for the club's website
- Click leads to the public profile with a unique verification ID
Homepage
- Introduction to the accessibility standard
- Verification process explained
- Separate paths for users and clubs
- FAQ
SEO and AI visibility
- robots.txt and sitemap
- JSON-LD structured data
- Heading structure
- Optimization for LLMs and AI search
Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Contrast and focus states
- Semantic HTML and alt text
- Full keyboard navigation
- Not an add-on — a product obligation when your users are people with disabilities
Tracking
- Google Analytics 4 + PostHog
- Events for all key interactions (map, filters, profiles, contact, widget, certification)
- Conversion goals
Infrastructure on free tiers
The entire stack runs on free plans: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (PostgreSQL), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (monitoring). The client has full control over their infrastructure and data, with no monthly invoice that grows with every new facility added to the catalogue.
Tracking from day one
From the first deployment the platform was integrated with PostHog, enabling analysis of how the system is used, monitoring of key user paths, and ongoing data-driven product optimization.
This layer is critical for AdaptiFit — the product is fresh, and every product decision is made on data, not opinion.

Nature of the partnership
The work with AdaptiFit started with a concrete goal — building an application mockup — and didn't end when that goal was hit. Phase one gave the team a credible pitch; phase two gave them a production MVP.
The platform runs at adaptifit.pl, with the AdaptiFit team handling the operational side (onboarding clubs, verification, marketing). Our part of the partnership wrapped up in March 2026.
This wasn't a one-off graphic project. It's two full phases of partnership where Bentfly was the sole technology partner from day one.
